Honey Glazed Carrots
Great for getting kids to eat the veg!
Ingredients
- 6-8 Fresh carrots, sliced in to batons or chunky slices Can also use whole Chanteney or baby carrots
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsb Honey
Instructions
- Place the carrots in a saucepan without any water over a medium heat
- Add the butter and cover with a lid
- After around 10 mins add the honey, you should also have some natural liquid in the pan
- Leave to cook for around 10-15 mins or until the carrots are tender, don't over cook them
- Once carrots are cooked remove the lid and allow any remaining liquid to boil away and caramelise, done!
